EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Symphony Orchestra and the Eugene Chorus are sharing the stage at Hult Center.
They are rehearsing Haydn’s “The Creation,” which is considered of the greatest oratorios of all time.
It depicts the six days of biblical creation, and it’s the only concert this year with the Eugene Chorus.
“(There’s) something really magical when you hear more than a 100 voices joining together to make a chorus. It’s really spectacular,” said Scott Freck, Eugene Symphony Executive Director.
The concert features three renowned world soloists. They’ll be rehearsing again Wednesday night. The concert is this Thursday at the Hult Center.
