GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who have known grief and will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. It is Christian based with a weekly video and discussion groups.
The meetings run for 13 weeks.

We are pleased to announce that the Eugene Water & Electric Board’s Greenpower program is now accepting applications for two 2015 EWEB Greenpower Grants worth up to $50,000 each. EWEB Greenpower supports local renewable energy projects including research, education and local solar energy installations.
The EWEB Greenpower Grant program is designed to reinvest the voluntary contributions of Greenpower customers back into the community by funding high-impact projects and programs that drive advancements in renewable energy for all EWEB customers. Grants are open to not-for-profit organizations, academic institutions and government and other public agencies. The grant application deadline is Friday, February 20, 2015. We appreciate your help spreading the word to your own networks and encouraging interested organizations to apply.
The grant winners will be announced at the 2015 Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at the River Edge Plaza adjacent to EWEB Headquarters, 500 E. Fourth Ave, Eugene.

Cinema Studies invites you to a public lecture by Lynn Spigel, Professor of Screen Cultures at Northwestern University. This talk explores Spigel’s new collection of over 5000 family snapshots depicting people posing in front of their TV sets in the 1950s and 1960s, showing how people used TV as a backdrop for social performances of family life and social identifies of gender, class, and race.
