EWEB Changes Online Bill Pay

EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene Water and Electric Board’s new online payment system went live Monday morning.

More than 1,200 customers have registered for the system.

The old system was disabled Thursday night. EWEB says the new program is more effective way to handle online bills and bill payments.

“You can sign up on your own computer anywhere you have the Internet connection, and one of the new advantages in that once you’ve enrolled you can also pay and view your bills on your smart phone or any mobile device,” said Katie Sproles, EWEB Web Editor.

If you were already an online bill payer, you do have to re-enroll into the online system.
