Ex-Ducks, Beavers Help Bidwell Give Back

ROSEBURG, Ore.– Former University of Oregon punter Josh Bidwell and his foundation hosted the 8th annual Josh Bidwell Foundation Celebrity Golf Classic at Roseburg Country Club on Friday.

Bidwell, who survived testicular cancer and played 12 years in the NFL, is working to give back to his home state.

Between a dinner gala and the golf outing, the foundation raised around $60,000 this year. In its eight-year existence, the foundation has now raised more than $300,000 for local charity – every cent going back into Douglas County.
