Explosive Device Found at Gaddis Park


ROSEBURG, Ore. — A Roseburg resident found a homemade explosive in the parking lot at Gaddis Park Saturday, police said.

The Roseburg Police Department says the Oregon State Police Bomb Squad was called just after 1 p.m. It set up and perimeter while it disabled the device.

Police say there are no leads at this point as to where the device came from or who left it there.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Roseburg police.
