METEOROLOGIST MELISSA FREY’S FORECAST DISCUSSION:
A cold front is moving into the northwest corner of Oregon. This is spreading scattered showers across western Oregon Wednesday morning. We won’t see much from this storm, but another is on the way for later today. Highs will stay in the low 50s with lows falling to the upper 40s tonight.
A warm front will move in later tonight which is taping into some tropical moisture. We’ll see the rain beginning Wednesday evening which will continue through Thursday. Highs will still make it to the mid 50s.
By Friday dry weather returns, and the heat too! A ridge of high pressure will keep us dry and warm Friday. Highs will be near 60 degrees!
The next storm is on track to bring the rain back by Saturday evening.
Have a great Wednesday!
