Meteorologist Marisa Woloszyn’s Forecast Discussion:
Cloudy start Friday as a weakening front moves inland. Isolated showers will start around lunchtime for the north coast. Isolated showers will start in the afternoon in the Cascades and in the Willamette Valley. Rain won’t be that heavy or widespread. Temperatures will be about 5-10 degrees cooler. Highs will be near 60 degrees along coast and mid 70s inland.
Skies will be partly cloudy for Saturday and Sunday of the holiday weekend. Temperatures will be in the low 60s along the coast and low to mid 70s inland. Clouds will increase late Sunday as another weak front moves into western Washington. This front will extend a little further to the south, so we’ll have a chance for showers Sunday night along the coast and early morning inland.
We’ll have another chance for showers Tuesday afternoon, but again nothing impressive. Temperatures will be slightly cooler next week.
Have a great Thursday!
