Crews responded to the 2400 block of Warthen Road Monday night. They were on scene for several hours to make sure all the flames were out.
While they were able to limit the damage, crews faced a few challenges as they battled the flames.
“We had a little delay in establishing a water supply to it because there’s very limited parking in here, so we couldn’t bring all our equipment down the driveway. We had to pump water down a hose line, and that took a little while to get that all established,” said Chief Terry Ney, Lane County Fire District.
Investigators are still looking into a cause, but think they it could have something to do with a pellet stove.
