
EUGENE, Ore. — Firefighters responded to a fire at an apartment complex in downtown Eugene this afternoon.
The blaze started in a house that had been converted into a multi-unit apartment building on West 10th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
Crews contained the fire to one unit. Paramedics were called to the scene as a precaution but thankfully no one was hurt.
The Eugene Fire Department sent in a fire marshal to investigate the cause.
