For the first time this season, snow has covered the Oregon Cascades. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the east slopes of the Oregon Cascades through 11 a.m. Monday. One to four inches of stow is expected above 4,500 feet Monday with a dusting near 3,500 feet.
