Foster Kids Recieve School Supplies

EUGENE, Ore. — Lane County foster kids are getting some much needed school supplies thanks to the Casa and Junior League.

Kids will choose a backpack and fill it with items on their back to school lists, be able to pick from Casa’s collection of gently used clothing and receive haircuts from Salong Delange hair stylists.

“For many foster children, it is a struggle to gather the necessary supplies for each academic year, ” said Megan Schultz, Executive Director of Casa. “We are pleased to be partnering with Junior League of Eugene to provide school supplies for approximately 100 foster kids.”
