Four Arrested During Disturbance Call

WINSTON, Ore. — What started as a domestic disturbance call ended with four people arrested and dozens of charges filed.

Douglas County sheriff’s deputies say they responded to a call in Winston. When they got there, they heard a gunshot. They arrested Thomas Hollamon and Penny Thier, but then deputies found out a wanted suspect was living on the property.

Ron Castleman allegedly refused to come out of a trailer until the SWAT team got ready to go in.

Deputies arrested him and a women who was in the trailer with him, Rebecca Layton.
