Four Groups Interested in EWEB Property

Riverfront SketchEUGENE, Ore. — Four developers interested in EWEB’s waterfront property have submitted paperwork, including the University of Oregon.

Also in the running for the riverfront property are Portland-based Williams & Dame Development, Dallas-based Trammell Crow Company and Eugene-based Paradigm Properties.

Each company will give a presentation in late July of their vision for the property.

“What we’re looking for is which team has the creative vision and espouses the values that are inherent in the master plan,” said Joe Harwood, EWEB spokesman.

EWEB expects to make a decision by late summer to early fall.
