CLACKAMAS, Ore. — Fred Meyer’s bakery issued a recall Tuesday after finding pieces of plastic in some of its bread.
The company is investigating how this occurred. It says it was first discovered in its bakery in Clackamas, and it has not heard from any customers about it.
Fred Meyer says the products were delivered on Friday, Feb. 22, Sunday, Feb. 24 and Monday, Feb. 25.
It has since pulled the following products. If you’ve purchased any of the products, you can bring them back for a refund or exchange.
