EUGENE,Ore– October is Fire Prevention Month, and this week is Fire Prevention Week. As a service to the Eugene/Springfield community, the National Fire Fighter Corp will be providing free fire extinguisher training all week.
The classes will be held Monday through Friday at 1574 W. 6th in Eugene. Classes will start at 11am, 11:30am, 12pm, 12:30pm, 4pm, 4:30pm, 5pm and 5:30pm.
Free lunch will be provided from 11am to 1pm each day. In addition to free hands-on training, discounts on many fire supression products will be offered, for both home and office.
