EUGENE, Ore. — Plans are moving forward for Opportunity Village, a proposed village for Eugene’s homeless population.
Members of Occupy Eugene will be holding a fundraiser from 5-9 p.m. Monday. The event will be held at Ninkasi Brewing Company on Van Buren Street.
There will be food, face painting, activities and beer; in the spirit of Halloween, costumes are encouraged.
