The Good Earth Home, Living and Gardening Show starts Friday at the Lane County Fairgrounds.
Tuesday was move-in day for the organizers.
A new surprise for the 2013 show is giant sculptures made entirely of trash that washed up on Oregon beaches.
The event is hoping to use these sculptures and seminars to teach people how to live a greener lifestyle.
“Education’s a big part of this show. People want to find out how to do things better, how to live with a lighter footprint, maybe just how to make their family healthier in their home,” Karen Ramus, Good Earth Show Manager.
The event is free, but organizers encourage to bring some canned food to donate.
KEZI 9 is a proud sponsor of this show.
