Great Rotary Duck “Navy” Nets for Leftover Ducks

EUGENE, Ore. — It takes hundred of donors and volunteers to make the Great Rotary Duck Race happen and, of course, to clean it all up. Those volunteers that net for leftover, nestled ducks call themselves the “Great Rotary Duck Navy.”
