EUGENE, Ore. — More than 64,600 ducks raced down the Willamette River Saturday as part of the Great Rotary Duck Race Presented by First Tech Credit Union. As much fun as it is to watch the sea of yellow stretch down the river, hundreds of people showed up to check out the festival in Alton Baker Park before the duck drop.
