Guilty Plea from Rubin Expected

PORTLAND, Ore. — A woman who turned herself in after a decade as a fugitive in the nation’s largest Eco-terrorism investigation is scheduled to enter a guilty plea.

Court records show 39-year-old Rebecca Rubin will change her not-guilty pleas to charges of conspiracy and arson in U.S. District Court in Portland.

A federal indictment accuses Rubin of being a member of cells of the earth liberation front and animal liberation front known as the family.

Investigators blame the group based in Eugene for 20 fires across the west from 1996 to 2001 that did over $40 million in damage.

I truely believe that some times you have to fight for what is right and I am and have been sending emails to the govonor congressman and senators about the way they slight the south valley in our salmon fiseries but even though be believe so strongly that we need a change so we get a fair share of the returning salmon I would not turn to criminal acts burn down the govoners mansion or blow up dams.

those people from ELF were not enviromentalists they were terrorists plain and simple and should all be sentenced to death under the domestic terror act. an envormentalist would do the same thing I am doing launching an email campaingn and bringing attention to the problem not committing criminal acts of terror that cost the tax payers millions of dollars
