Near CHESHIRE, Ore. — An overturned semi is blocking Highway 36 about six miles west of Cheshire, between Poodle Creek Road and Lawrence Road.
Crews have not established a detour.
Drivers should expect delays and anticipate icy conditions in the area.
ODOT expects to have at least one lane open by about 11 a.m.
