ALBANY, Ore. — Oregon State Police are trying to figure out who stole a dead deer from a hunter in Albany.
OSP Fish and Wildlife troopers say last week on Frank Timber property, a legally harvested Fork Antler buck was taken before the hunter could remove it from the field. Investigators says this is a misdemeanor crime and any suspects could be hit with $1,000 in fines and a three-year hunting suspension.
The Oregon Hunters Association is offering a $250 reward. If you have any information, call the Turn-In-Poachers tip line at 1-800-452-7888.
