EUGENE, Ore. — Local designers putting on last-minute stitches for this weekend’s fashion show, Metamorphose.
Ten designers each selected $40 worth of merchandise from a St. Vincent de Paul retail store and one hour to go shopping.
The goal is to recreate wearable fashions using recycled materials.
The fashions will hit the runway Sunday, May 4 at 6 p.m. at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
The mastermind behind this fashion show, Mitra Chester with St. Vincent de Paul, joined us on KEZI 9 News Midday to talk about the show.
