EUGENE, Ore. — The 2013 tax filing season is open. You can now file your 2012 tax return.
Typically the season kicks off on Jan. 22, but that was delayed due to the fiscal cliff.
Millions of taxpayers will have to wait to file until late February or March because of tax law changes made to the American Taxpayer Relief Act to seal the fiscal cliff deal.
