EUGENE, Ore. — Relay For Life kicks off on Friday at Willamette High School. The Eugene event is now the sixth largest Relay For Life fundraiser in the world. It raises money to fund research for a cancer cure, and success will depend on participation.
Brenda Webber, District Executive Director of the American Cancer Society, stopped by KEZI 9 News This Morning to tell us more about what’s in store for the event.
Relay For Life of Eugene and Springfield starts at 6 p.m. on July 26. Click here for more information.
