KEZI, Inc. is accepting applications for the position of:
JR. MASTER CONTROL SUPPORT
OPENING DATE: April 16, 2013
CLOSING DATE: Until filled
DESCRIPTION: The engineering department of KEZI has an opening for Jr. Master Control Room Support. The successful candidate reports to the Chief Engineer and is responsible for the taping and preparing for air television programming. This includes network programming, local taped programming, live programming, as well as commercial insertion.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Remote monitoring, and control of full power television transmitter. Equipment required to operate includes a video server, switchers, routers, various formats of videotape machines, computer control of various devices, as well as monitoring scopes and indicators. The position requires an ability to work well with others, have good oral communication skills, work under pressure, ability to work unsupervised on a regular basis at night, and make proper decisions quickly under changing circumstances.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a part-time position; rate of pay is hourly.
