Kendall Seeks Votes for Charities

KENDALL GRAPHIC 2EUGENE, Ore. — Kendall Auto Group is giving away $30,000, and you can choose who it goes to.

Kendall is making six different $5,000 donations to area charities.

Between now and June 3, through Facebook, you can vote for your favorite nonprofit organization to receive that money.

A Kendall spokesperson says even though each charity is different, they all have something in common.

“When we get them all together, you really learn how they rely on each other to help with their missions too, so this is a great way to support our entire community,” said Amy Newport.

You can vote once a day.

Here is the list of the charities eligible for donations:

Pearl Buck
Bags of Love
First Place Family Center
Relief Nursery
MDA
Volunteers in Medicine
Boys and Girls Club
Boys Scouts of America
March of Dimes
Alzheimer’s Association
The Science Factory
Looking Glass
American Cancer Society Relay for Life Eugene/Springfield

Why isn’t the Assistance League of Eugene included? We provide clothing for close to 2000 children each year, plus free dental care.
