EUGENE, Ore. — Some good news from the Lane County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday–Deputy Drew Wattier and his wife, Michelle, are now stable enough for transport.
They were the victims of a hit-and-run by a car Friday night outside their Los Cabos, Mexico resort.
They’re currently in a Mexican hospital, but the sheriff’s office says they’re trying to jump through some hoops to bring them back to the United States.
