Organizers say you can expect plenty of new attractions this year.
Although quiet now, the tents and stages are going up.
Soon some of the silence will be replaced by rides, music, mooing of cows and squawking of chickens.
“Right now we’re just doing initial setups so the layout structure is going in, electrical is getting laid, tents are going up, flowers have been planted barks being blown in, and so it’s just a lot of the kind of base framework but then fills in with all the fun,” said Rachel Bivens, Director of Marketing & Sales for Lane Events Center.
The fair runs from July 23-27.
