EUGENE, Ore. — With various Lane County agencies suffering from budget shortfalls, the 2012 County Fleet Service Auction looks be the largest ever.
Starting Thursday night, more than 100 vehicles from several local public agencies will be auctioned off.
That includes cars, sheriff’s vehicles, heavy duty trucks, construction vehicles, busses and lots of equipment and tools.
The sealed auction begins tonight at 7 p.m. at the fleet services building at 3040 North Delta Highway in Eugene. It runs through Saturday.
