Local Mentor Program Undergoes Changes

JUNCTION CITY, Ore. — The local Big Brothers Big Sisters club went through a number of staffing changes over the past few months.

Organizers say they’re slowly trying to rebuild and improve the program.

“We are looking to get back to kind of our quality service, make sure that we serve the kids that we have in the program as best as we can,” said Jay Baughman, Executive Director Big Brothers Big Sisters.

The organization offers a number of different mentor programs including pairing high school students with younger kids.
