MYRTLE CREEK, Ore. — A log truck driver died Thursday morning after losing control on a rural road outside Myrtle Creek.
Douglas County sheriff’s deputies say the crash happened about 9:15 a.m. on Coos Bay Wagon Road.
The truck went off the road, lost its logs and blocked the road for hours.
Paramedics pronounced the driver dead at the scene.
