ROSEBURG, Ore. — Douglas County drug investigators say they busted a major meth dealer in Roseburg.
Officers say they’d been watching Scott Wiley for a while and suspected he traveled out of the state to bring back meth to sell here.
They pulled him over during a traffic stop and found two ounces of meth, plus $800 cash.
A search of his house allegedly turned up half a pound of the drug worth about $20,000.
