BANDON, Ore. — Coos County sheriff’s deputies say Sunday night they found a 19-year-old man dead and a 70-year-old man in critical condition along Highway 101 near Bandon.
The 70-year-old died in the hospital Monday morning.
An investigation led deputies to Timothy Henson. They say he, his wife, his mother-in-law, as well as her current husband and ex-husband, were riding in a car when an argument erupted and Henson fired several shots.
Henson allegedly hit his wife in the arm and killed his mother-in-law’s current and ex-husbands.
Henson is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon. He is expected to be charged with murder, assault and kidnapping.
