NEWPORT, Ore. — Newport police arrested a man on allegations he inappropriately touched two girls at the Oregon Coast Aquarium.
The two girls say Benjamin Dean molested them while they were participating in science projects.
He works with an outside organization that sent him to the aquarium to monitor students participating in the event.
At least two other people say they saw the inappropriate touching.
