GLENWOOD, Ore. — The Lane County Sheriff’s Office says a man is in the hospital after he was stabbed by his brother.
LCSO responded to calls from the 4400 block of Franklin Boulevard just after 2 p.m. Saturday. They found a man with deep lacerations to his back.
Deputies say the victim, 27-year-old Joseph Brumback of Eugene had been stabbed by his brother, 23-year-old Joshua Kirk after an argument.
The victim was taken to the hospital where he is in stable condition.
Kirk was later located in Glenwood and was charged with assault. He’s lodged in the Lane County jail.
