COTTAGE GROVE, Ore. — An autopsy confirmed that the man found outside a Cottage Grove hotel was the man connected to a Salem murder-suicide.
Nickolai Lazukin was found dead in his car on Tuesday.
The medical examiner said he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
His wife and three children were found murdered in their burning home also on Tuesday.
