Man Pleads Guilty to Murder-for-Hire

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — A Springfield man admitted to a murder-for-hire plot.

Gary Tiffee was supposed to go on trial this week, but he pleaded guilty Tuesday.

He was arrested last May after investigators say he paid to have an acquaintance murdered.
