METEOROLOGIST MARISA WOLOSZYN’S FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Gorgeous day Saturday with plenty of sunshine and highs near 60. High clouds worked their way across western Oregon Saturday evening and will stick around overnight. Even though there will be plenty of breaks in the clouds overnight lows should be a bit warmer than Friday night, only falling into the low 30s.
Patchy fog will start Sunday but will clear throughout the morning. Skies will be mostly sunny for most of the day before clouds increase Sunday evening. High temps will be slightly cooler than Saturday in the upper 50s near 60 degrees.
As we head into the workweek we’ll be near the top of a high pressure ridge. This means we’ll be near the jetstream and the storms moving along it. The storms will stay just to our north into Washington keeping the rain there, we’ll stay dry but keep things mostly cloudy. High temperatures will remain mild in the upper 50s and low 60s.
Have a super Sunday!
