Eligio Montes-Lopez, 62, was picking mushrooms with a group of friends in the Fall Creek area, when he disappeared.
Crews from Lane County Search and Rescue started looking for Montes-Lopez Monday night. They found him about 200 yards from where he went missing.
He was thirsty, but otherwise in good condition.
This is the fifth mushroom picker to go missing this season. So if you’re headed out, make sure you take a compass, whistle, flashlight, map, food and water, medicine, waterproof matches, extra clothing, and a thermal blanket.
