EUGENE, Ore. — A taste of India made its way into Eugene Friday.
A group of Tibetan monks visited the downtown library to build a traditional Tibetan Buddhist sand mandala.
Anyone can check out the creation process this weekend. The monks will be at the library until Sunday, and they say that’s how long it’ll take to finish the sand mandala.
