EUGENE,Ore– For the second time this week, Eugene police and fire crews responded to a series of dumpster fires.
Just before 1:30 on Friday morning, a witness called 911 to report a fire coming out of a dumpster along Ferry Alley, near 18th Ave.
Crews responded to find not just one, but three dumpsters on fire. The fires were quickly put out.
Police are not sure if Friday’s fires are related to the dumpster fires that occured early Monday morning near downtown.
