More Much Needed Rain

Friday’s Weather Discussion from Chief Meteorologist Justin Stapleton

Some light showers expected again for the first half of Friday, but they’ll be light overall and what falls will likely be done by the afternoon and evening. Highs tomorrow will again be in the mid to upper 60s. Saturday another cold front will brush across the region bringing some scattered showers on and off through the day. Sunnier weather will be back for Sunday and also Monday. Highs will start to move back into the upper 60s and maybe even low 70s on Monday.

Next week, all indications are a stronger storm dropping in from the Gulf of Alaska for Tuesday through Thursday. It’ll be a chilly one with multiple days of rain showers, cool temps back down into the low 60s and upper 50s AND a chance to drop snow levels back below the passes! Once we get into the weekend, we’ll get a better look at the strength of the storm and how much snow we could potentially see next week.

Have a great Friday!
