EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene police are looking for the foundation of a new business, stolen Sunday night.
Someone took a bicycle from a fenced courtyard in the 1700 block of Willamette Street. The bicycle is equipped with two large wok burners, a propane tank and an umbrella, which was planned to be used for the owner’s new food cart business.
