Right now there are only two in the entire county, and they’re both in Eugene. Coordinators say it’s a much-needed service.
“We actually have many clients come to our rural clinics that can’t come to Eugene at all. No transportation, no money for transportation. They’re very needy areas, and it’s really helpful that we can go out there and provide services to them,” said Connie Sullivan, SIC Clinical Services Supervisor.
The Cottage Grove Clinic will open its doors Thursday, June 13. The Oakridge location will start on July 19.
