New Kiosk at Rose Garden

kiosk picEUGENE, Ore. — The Owen Rose Garden in Eugene has a new addition as of today.

The Eugene Delta Rotary Club donated a new kiosk as a gift to the rose garden.

It’s their biggest contribution to the garden, whom they’ve been helping since the 90’s. The city says this is a generous gift after funding for Parks and Open Space is slated to be cut by $300,000 next fiscal year.

“The Eugene Delta Rotary Club has adopted the rose garden as our park and one of the things we’re adding this year is this information kiosk,” said Paul Teschiera with the rotary club.

The club is also building new borders around the roses.
