EUGENE, Ore. — A local nonprofit wants to help other nonprofits access technology, so the NextStep is hosting a giveaway.
Here’s how it works. You need to vote for the nonprofit group of your choice, but by voting, you also enter to win yourself.
“This is really a way to increase donations and givings for nonprofits because it’s really hard to get donations at the end of the year. All donations are in need of technology and this increases our partnership and awareness,” said Jennifer McAuley, Community Outreach Supervisor.
The group that gets the most votes will get a $3,000 technology certificate from NextStep. The lucky person whose name gets drawn will win a $300 gift certificate.
