EUGENE, Ore. — A Eugene man will spend more than eight years in prison for running down another man with his truck.
Jurors convicted Frank Ochoa earlier this month on several charges, including attempted murder and assault. He also killed a dog that was with the man he hit.
The jury found Ochoa not guilty of trying to kill his estranged wife.
