Chief Meteorologist Justin Stapleton‘s Thursday Night Forecast Discussion:
More cool, Pacific air is spilling in tonight setting up another cool overnight and crisp start to our Friday. Lows will fall into the upper 40s and low 50s early morning. A few hours (if that) of morning clouds will start the day, but we’ll be back to full sunshine quickly by early afternoon.
The cooler air will keep highs very pleasant, topping out in the upper 70s and low 80s. Plenty of afternoon sunshine and breezy conditions at the coast will keep highs there in check, mainly in the mid 60s. Saturday will be a bit warmer with highs back into the low 80s under sunny skies again.
Sunday and Monday, the next ridge of warmer air moves back in, pushing highs back into the upper 80s in the valley and low 90s in the Umpqua. The warmer weather looks to stick around through most of next week as well.
Have a great Thursday!
