On Friday, University of Oregon administrators and athletic officials spoke for the first time since news broke that three men’s basketball players were accused, but not charged with rape. Here is our comprehensive team coverage of the day’s events, which included press conferences with UO President Michael Gottfredson, Director of Athletics Rob Mullens and Vice President of Student Affairs Robin Holmes, as well as head basketball coach Dana Altman.

Mullens said that Altman will be back as head coach next season, while Gottfredson confirmed that the three players, Damyean Dotson, Dominic Artis and Brandon Austin, “will not player basketball at Oregon again.”
